Confidence is the building blocks of leadership.So if want to be a leader in your life, you have to be a confident person.If you don`t believe in yourself ,how can others believe in you?Here are some effective ways to boost your self confidence.

1. Push Your Self Limiting Beliefs.

when we are in our childhood we think that we can conquer the world.But after some time when we step in our teenage and after that we put our self beliefs in limits.In our mind we limit our capabilities, and if you want to break these self limiting beliefs you have to expose your self. You have to expose yourself in different types of situations and push through the uncomfortable.

2. Talk To Yourself

This thing actually works.Talking to yourself can make you more smarter, more focus and even increase your performance .According to a documentary 'The Human Brain' we say 300 to 1000 words to ourselves per minute.So if you want to boost your confidence you have to talk to yourself. Just be positive in all situations, when you say to yourself that i know what to do in this situation then you automatically start watching things as a challenge rather than a problem.

3. Think Positive

Since the early days, humans learned to get lunch or be lunch of someone. That`s why our negative thoughts keep us safe from any danger zone. That`s why when we see some situation as a different situation our negative thoughts starts kicking in.But you should know that these are just thoughts and it yours you can replace them with positive thoughts and tackle any type of situation in your life.

4. Overcome Your Self-doubt

If you lack self confidence, you will always feel like you are at the mercy of other people.But you should know that no one but you is stopping you from achieving what you want to accomplish.As I said above if you don`t believe in yourself ,how can others believe in you?

5. Face Your Fears

When we have a level of comfort with something then its not scary for us.But when we step out from our comfort zone we start feeling afraid.In this situation our emotional brain is on the driver`s seat.So if you want to overcome your fears first of all you should face your biggest fear and when you overcome that situation you will see that how much good it feels.So start facing your fears now.
