Sugars and starches are high in calories.At first you have to calculate your daily calorie consumption and then just decrease some amount of calories from them.Eg:-If my daily consumption is 3000 calories so what I will do is just reduce 500 calories from these 3000.And when you stop consuming sugars and starches your calories consumption starting going automatically down and then you can replace some of them with healthy food.
2.START EATING HIGH PROTEIN DIET
If you are serious in your goal then you have to eat high protein food which helps you to reduce your fat.High protein diet is very good for our body and mind also.And when you eat high protein diet rather than eating junk food which is full of unnecessary carbs your body automatically start using those extra fat for energy.
3.START DOING REGULAR EXERCISE
Exercise has a tremendous amount of profit to our body and mind also.You should start doing exercise on daily basis because it helps to reduce your body fat.You don't have to do those BODYBUILDER STUFF.Remember you are doing exercise for your benefits.So start using those extra calories which is saved in your body.
